Omnixera Teknologi Nusantara

Systems built for the era you’re heading into.

We design and build SaaS platforms, advise on the technology decisions behind them, and set up teams of AI agents that take real work off your people.

Services

Three practices, one team.

Strategy, engineering and AI sit at the same table, so what gets recommended is what gets built — and what gets built keeps running.

01

SaaS Systems

Products built to be sold as a subscription.

We design and engineer SaaS platforms end to end: the architecture that keeps tenants isolated, the billing that gets you paid, and the operations that keep it online as usage grows.

Discuss a SaaS build
  • Multi-tenant architecture
  • Subscription plans & billing
  • Roles, permissions & audit trails
  • Admin & analytics dashboards
  • APIs & third-party integrations
  • Cloud infrastructure & CI/CD
02

Consulting

Clarity before commitment.

An outside, engineering-level view of where your technology stands and what to do next. You get a written recommendation you can act on — with us or with any other team.

AI-Driven Systems

AI that does the work, not the demo.

We build AI into the way your business runs — from one assistant inside an existing tool to a complete multi-agent system built from scratch. Always grounded in your own data, measured against real cases, and monitored once live.

Explore an AI use case

  • Search over company knowledge (RAG)
  • Multi-agent systems, built from scratch
  • Document processing & extraction
  • Evaluation, guardrails & monitoring
  • Integration with existing systems

Multi-agent systems

A team of AI agents, built around the job.

We set up multi-agent systems from scratch. Each agent gets one role, the tools it needs and clear limits; an orchestrator passes work between them; your people keep the decisions that matter. We can build the whole system — the platform, the agents inside it and the integrations around it — or add agents to the tools you already run.

Example · Ticketing systemTicket in → resolved
  1. Agent 1

    Intake

Reads every ticket from email, chat or form and captures what is actually being asked.

  2. Agent 2

    Triage

Sets category and priority, spots duplicates and routes to the right queue.

  3. Agent 3

    Resolver

Searches your knowledge base and systems, then drafts the reply or carries out the fix.

  4. Agent 4

    Reviewer

Checks the result against policy and tone before anything reaches the customer.

  5. Outcome

    Resolved

Or handed to your team with the full context already attached.

People stay in control. Approvals, escalations and overrides sit with your team, and every agent action is logged.

What we set up

  • Agent roles, hand-offs & orchestration
  • Connections to your tools and data
  • Shared knowledge & memory
  • Human approval & escalation paths
  • Testing against your real cases
  • Audit logs, cost & quality monitoring

Jobs it can take on

  • Customer support ticketing
  • IT helpdesk
  • Document & invoice processing
  • Lead qualification
  • Internal requests & approvals
  • Recurring reports
  • Order & claim handling

If a job is repetitive, rule-bound and high-volume, it is usually a candidate. Tell us the one that costs your team the most hours.

Process

From first conversation to a system in production.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

We learn the business problem, the users and the constraints before proposing any technology.

  2. Step 2

    Design

Architecture, user flows and a delivery plan you can review, challenge and sign off on.

  3. Step 3

    Build

Short iterations with working software at each one, so progress is something you can click through.

  4. Step 4

    Operate

Launch, monitoring and continuous improvement — including evaluation of anything AI-driven.

Ways to work with us

Scoped project

A defined outcome, scope and timeline. Best when you know what needs to be built.

Dedicated team

An Omnixera squad working as an extension of your team on an evolving product.

Advisory

Ongoing access to senior technical judgment for architecture, hiring and AI decisions.

About

An Indonesian technology company with a builder’s background.

Omnixera Teknologi Nusantara grew out of hands-on work building SaaS systems, consulting on technology strategy, and delivering AI-driven systems — including multi-agent setups that run whole workflows. That mix is the point: we advise like people who have to build it, and build like people who have to explain it.

  • Outcome before technology

Every engagement starts from the business result, then works back to the stack.

  • Production-grade from day one

Security, testing and observability are part of the build, not a later phase.

  • AI where it earns its place

We recommend AI when it measurably beats the simpler option — and say so when it doesn’t.

  • Plain communication

Clear scope, visible progress, and documentation your own team can pick up.

Reviews

What clients say.

SaaS Systems

We came in with a rough idea and a deadline. Omnixera turned it into a clear plan, then shipped a working release at every milestone. Our first paying customers were onboarded on the platform they built, with billing and roles working from day one.

Rizky A.CEO, HR software startup
Multi-agent

Their agents now handle the first pass on every support ticket: sorting, prioritising and drafting replies. My team only steps in for the cases that really need a person, and nothing goes out without our approval. Response times have never been better.

Sari W.Head of Customer Support, e-commerce company
Consulting

We were about to commit to a full rewrite. Their review showed us which parts were actually the problem and which we should leave alone. The roadmap was clear enough that our own engineers could execute it.

Budi H.CTO, logistics company
AI-Driven Systems

They did not try to put AI everywhere. They picked one process, proved it on our own documents, and showed us the numbers before we spent more. That honesty is why we kept working with them.

Dewi L.Operations Director, insurance services
Multi-agent

Omnixera built our internal helpdesk from scratch, with agents that triage and resolve the routine requests on their own. Every action is logged, so we always know what was done and why. It feels like we added a team without adding headcount.

Fajar N.IT Manager, manufacturing group
SaaS Systems

Communication was the standout. Scope was clear, progress was visible every week, and the documentation at hand-over meant our in-house developers could pick it up straight away.

Maya T.Product Lead, fintech company

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

We only have an idea, not a specification. Is that enough?

Yes. Most engagements begin with a discovery phase where we turn the idea into a scoped plan, an architecture outline and an estimate you can decide on.

Can you work with our existing system and team?

Yes. We regularly start from an existing codebase — reviewing it, extending it, or integrating new SaaS and AI components alongside your in-house team.

How do you handle our data in AI projects?

Data handling is agreed before any work starts: where data is stored, which models may process it, and who has access. We design for the least exposure the use case allows.

Do we need consulting before a build?

Not always. If the scope is already clear we go straight to design and build. Consulting is for when the decision itself — what to build, buy or replace — is still open.

What happens after launch?

We can stay on for operations and continuous improvement, or hand over to your team with documentation and a transition period. You choose.

Tell us what you’re trying to build.

A few lines are enough. We’ll reply with next steps, or with an honest “this isn’t for us” if we’re not the right fit.
